Aircraft sales
It is our policy to refuse the sale of any bearing that will be used for any type of commercial aircraft that carries humans.
Return Policy
You may return an item within 20 days of the original order date as long as the bearing is in its unused original condition. If the item was incorrectly ordered or didn’t fit it may be exchanged for the correct item or refunded less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
If the item has been disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation we cannot offer a refund.
Special ordered items are NOT returnable for any reason. Special order items sales are final.
Returned items must be accompanied with a RTA number for either exchange or refund
Shipping & Handling
Unless otherwise indicated all orders are shipped out via UPS ground within 48 hours to all areas of the United States except Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Freight orders are usually ship out within 72 hours. You will receive via email a tracking number for your shipment.
Next day and second day order can normally be shipped out the same day if ordered before 2pm PST.
